Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery within 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package in real-time through our courier partner's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our shipping network internationally and will announce when global shipping becomes available.

How long do your fragrances last?

Our fragrances are crafted with premium-grade oils and are designed to last 12+ hours on skin and even longer on clothing. Performance may vary depending on skin type, climate, and application method.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Amoral products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals, and our formulations use only ethically sourced, plant-based ingredients.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15–20%), providing a stronger, longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lighter concentration (5–15%), ideal for everyday casual wear. All Amoral fragrances are Eau de Parfum.

How should I store my fragrance?

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping it in bathrooms where humidity and temperature fluctuate. Proper storage ensures your fragrance maintains its quality for years.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement or refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, email us at contact@amoral.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Can I exchange my product for a different fragrance?

Yes, we offer one-time exchanges for unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Reach out to our support team with your order details and the fragrance you'd like instead.

Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
